We have excellent industry contacts and can call on a range of expert consultants from Architects, Engineers to Building Physics consultants to advise on sustainability measures. Each providing independent expert advice for your project

We are happy to discuss your particular requirements and agree the best way forward for you.

Using a full design provided by you we can give you a comprehensive price and programme for your project.

This will be based on the scope of works agreed with yourself and/ or your Designer.

Works will be delivered by Kline Construction for the agreed contract value and in  the agreed programme while liaising with your directly engaged consultants

We will employ all the necessary consultants to design your project from scratch to your brief.

Once the design is agreed, all statutory approvals will be secured and then works will delivered within the agreed timescale and to the agreed specification.

Benefits include early advice on budgeting and a single point of contact from the start, avoiding the typical delays at the handover from design to construction stages

For large projects we can act in a  Project Management role, providing you with our expertise, to advise, arrange and manage your own directly employed trades. 

This role can provide you with our early input on the whole process, from construction methodology to budgeting and programme.

The extent of the role can be initially agreed depending on your needs 

We can provide consultancy services for development companies who are delivering their own schemes.
